Rental with a Certificate of Insurance
- Certificate of Insurance is required for rental equipment unless you are using a credit card to cover the equipment replacement value.
- An account will be established once your Certificate of Insurance has been submitted, terms and conditions are signed, and a credit card authorization form has been completed.
- A.C., Inc. Terms are Net 10, unless you have made special discount arrangements.
- If you are a new client requesting Net 30 terms, you must complete a credit application. It will take approximately 10 days for approval.
Rental Instructions
1. Contact a rental manager to
discuss your equipment needs.2. Download and complete the terms and conditions and the credit card authorization form.
3. Send completed forms and Certificate of Insurance by fax to 334.244.4147 or email to accounting@acincnashville.com.
4. Insurance must cover the
complete rental period. If you provide blanket
insurance coverage then you will not be required to
provide a new Certificate of Insurance for each
rental. The blanket will cover all rentals until the
policy expires or is cancelled. A.C., Inc. highly
recommends providing blanket insurance coverage.
**A.C., Inc.
requires both Property and Liability coverage. A.C.,
Inc. should be listed as the Certificate Holder, Loss
Payee, and Additional Insured. Always supply the
amount of coverage for Rented/Leased Equipment on
your policy.
